Extended Stay America Philadelphia - Exton

My last stay ended the same way. I have bed bug bites all over again. I showed the front desk folks my bites. That too proved useless. I don't know what I'm going to do for a hotel now.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was never cleaned and beds were never made after 1st night stay. We didn't get clean towels after 1st night as well. TV was not a good quality and cable didn't work properly.

Do not stay here. It is set up for out of town contractors.

Hotel was fine for weekend stay.

Dirty, staff unsure of amenities. Staff lied/room not equipped as advertised/not even a bottle of shampoo.

The room and the hotel itself was clean but everything seemed old. It is very basic. It seemed to us that people lived in the hotel and that was kind of freaky.

I have now stayed here a number of times always through Priceline, the staff knows me (most by name) at least by face. They have always gone out of their way to help whenever I needed anything. Just the staff alone makes this a must stay. ...read more

This is not a 2 star hotel. It is a 1 star. The Extended Stay hotel in Malvern is in much better condition and is 1 star. The Extended Stay in Exton is not as well kept. The room I had smelled so bad it permeated everything. It clung to me all day, not kidding. There was a very bad smoking odor that had been masked with something that made it really awful. The hotel had a college dorm feel to it, a little tattered, stains in the hall carpets. College students live there, lots of truckers. This is not a 2 star hotel. ...read more

The staff was excellent and helpful. Room had everything I needed and it was great to have a kitchen to prepare meals.
